1 Formation

1.1 Formation

Suevite is a metamorphic rock consisting partly of melted material, typically forming a breccia containing glass and crystal or lithic fragments, formed during an impact event.

Nepheline Syenites are formed due to alkaline igneous activities and are generally formed in thick continental crustal areas or in Cordilleran subduction zones.

Suevite and Nepheline Syenite Formation

Formation of rocks is a long process and hence, Suevite and Nepheline Syenite formation sounds very interesting. The magma is made up of various components of pre-existing rocks which have been subjected to melting either at subduction zones or within the Earth's mantle.
