Formation
Mangerite is a fine-grained, hard rock which is a type of metasomatite, essentially altered basalt. It forms with or without crystallization, either below the surface as intrusive rocks or on the surface as extrusive rocks.

Due to change in environmental conditions, rocks are heated and pressurized deep inside the Earth's surface. Jadeitite is formed from the extreme heat caused by magma or by the intense collisions and friction of tectonic plates.

Mangerite vs Jadeitite Characteristics
Though some rocks look identical, they have certain characteristics which distinguish them from others. Characteristics of rocks include texture, appearance, color, fracture, streak, hardness etc. Mangerite vs Jadeitite characteristics assist us to distinguish and recognize rocks. Also you can check about Properties of Mangerite and Properties of Jadeitite. Learn more about Mangerite vs Jadeitite in the next section. The interior uses of Mangerite include Decorative aggregates and Interior decoration whereas the interior uses of Jadeitite include Decorative aggregates, Homes and Interior decoration. Due to some exceptional properties of Mangerite and Jadeitite, they have various applications in construction industry. The uses of Mangerite in construction industry include As dimension stone, Cement manufacture, Construction aggregate, For road aggregate and that of Jadeitite include As dimension stone, Cutting tool, Knives.
More about Mangerite and Jadeitite
Here you can know more about Mangerite and Jadeitite. The life cycle of a rock consists of formation of rock, composition of rock and transformation of rock. The composition of Mangerite and Jadeitite consists of mineral content and compound content. The mineral content of Mangerite includes Albite, Amphibole, Apatite, Biotite, Feldspar, Hornblade, Ilmenite, Magnetite, Muscovite or Illite, Olivine, Plagioclase, Pyroxene, Quartz, Sulfides, Titanite, Zircon and mineral content of Jadeitite includes Carbonate, Magnetite, Pyrrhotite, Serpentine, Sulfides. You can also check out the list of all Igneous Rocks. When we have to compare Mangerite vs Jadeitite, the texture, color and appearance plays an important role in determining the type of rock. Mangerite is available in black, brown, light to dark grey, white colors whereas, Jadeitite is available in black, brown, colourless, green, grey, white colors. Appearance of Mangerite is Shiny and that of Jadeitite is Rough and Dull. Properties of rock is another aspect for Mangerite vs Jadeitite. The hardness of Mangerite is 6-7 and that of Jadeitite is 3-5. The types of Mangerite are Not Available whereas types of Jadeitite are Not Available. Streak of rock is the color of powder produced when it is dragged across an unweathered surface. The streak of Mangerite is white while that of Jadeitite is white, greenish white or grey. The specific heat capacity of Mangerite is 0.92 kJ/Kg K and that of Jadeitite is 0.95 kJ/Kg K. Depending on the properties like hardness, toughness, specific heat capacity, porosity etc., rocks are resistant to heat, wear, impact, etc.Mangerite is heat resistant, impact resistant, pressure resistant whereas Jadeitite is heat resistant, water resistant.
