Turbidite formation took place millions of years ago. There are a variety of Turbidite Uses and the Turbidite Reserves are found in many countries around the world. The rocks in the earth’s crust continuously undergo changes in their composition which leads to formation of other rocks. Each rock has a unique formation process. Formation of Turbidite is explained below:

• Turbidite is a type of sedimentary rock formed when a river carries or transports pieces of broken rock as it flows. These particles then settle down and are subjected to high temperature and pressures hence forming Turbidite.
